This licence applies to the Amanita-owned portions of the compiled Amanita
Sequencer plug-in and accompanying materials (the "Software"). Third-party
components remain subject to the terms listed in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

You may install and use the Software free of charge for personal and commercial
audio production. You may create, perform, publish, sell, license and otherwise
distribute recordings, mixes, renders and other audio works made with the
Software. Amanita Audio claims no rights in those audio works.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, host for download, bundle, mirror or
otherwise redistribute the Software or any modified copy of it without prior
written permission from Amanita Audio. You may not remove proprietary notices,
use the Amanita name or marks to imply endorsement, or reverse engineer the
Software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and
non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanita Audio will not
be liable for any claim, loss or damages arising from the Software or its use.

Your rights under this licence end if you breach its terms. Continued use of the
Software constitutes acceptance of this licence.
